About

Dr. Shane Woolf

Dr. Shane Woolf, orthopaedic surgeon in Mount Pleasant, SC

I'm an orthopaedic surgeon focused on sports medicine, shoulder reconstruction and orthobiologics. My practice is built around a simple idea: match the treatment to the person, and start with the least-invasive option that can actually work — whether that's a biologic injection, physician-directed therapy, or surgery.

Over two decades I've cared for professional athletes, weekend players and people who simply want to keep up with their grandkids. The goal is always the same: get you back to what you love, with a plan you understand.
