Dr. Shane Woolf
I'm an orthopaedic surgeon with more than two decades of experience, with a primary focus on shoulder and knee conditions. My practice emphasizes joint preservation and orthobiologics, while retaining the surgical experience to recognize when repair, restoration or reconstruction is the better answer.
Shoulder care makes up the largest part of that work, followed by knee care including cartilage treatment. I also treat selected elbow and tendon injuries, hip abductor problems, Achilles, hand and wrist injuries, muscle injuries, foot and ankle pain, and back strains. The principle is the same: start with the least-invasive option that can work and build a plan you understand.
